LOCAL PICK-UPS & DELIVERY Pick-ups available in Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada or at the Farm in Verner, Northern Ontario, Canada, for larger orders only (Quarter/Half/Whole Cows). We will reach out to you after your order is placed with an address for pickup. Currently we do not offer shipping to ensure the quality and freshness of your meat. Deliveries are available at a rate of $1 per km from Uxbridge to your location with a maximum range of 200kms.
RETURNS & REFUNDS We are committed to providing the highest quality, grass-fed, and regenerative meat products. Due to the perishable nature of our meats and the importance of maintaining strict food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been picked-up or delivered. This ensures that every customer receives their order in peak condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damage or a mistake on our end, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
HOW IS THE BEEF PACKAGED & STORED? All products are vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve freshness. We recommend keeping the products frozen until a day or two before preparation, then allowing them to thaw on a plate or container in the fridge. This ensures mess-free thawing in the case of a puncture in the vacuum sealing during handling.
ARE YOUR COWS 100% GRASS-FED? Yes, all of our cows are 100% grass-fed, grass-finished and never consume a grain in their life. Additionally, all cattle are raised in a regenerative-agriculture system where they are rotationally-grazed on biodiverse pastures the majority of the year. In the winter, they consume hay harvested from fields Farmer Mike has sown with over 20 varieties of nutrient-dense perennial plants. Mike ensures his fields are never sprayed and free from chemicals you don't want in your body.
DO YOUR COWS RECEIVE ANTIBIOTICS, HORMONES OR VACCINES? No, our cows are raised 100% naturally, without antibiotics, growth hormones, or vaccines. We prioritize their health and well-being through holistic practices like rotational grazing on biodiverse pastures, which strengthens their immune systems naturally. By creating a healthy and low-stress environment, we ensure our animals thrive without the need for artificial interventions. This also means you’re getting meat that is as pure and natural as possible
